Liza Glanville
Personal Trainer & Holistic Health Coach
Liza embarked on her professional journey in the travel and events industry, swiftly ascending to an executive role with global responsibilities by the age of thirty. However, the demanding, high-paced environment took a toll, triggering physical and mental health challenges like gut issues, skin ailments, fatigue and anxiety. Conventional treatments yielded little relief, prompting Liza to explore natural therapies, igniting her fascination with holistic health. It was through a range of functional medicine and holistic health modalities that Liza was able to heal herself.
During her time living in Bondi, she experienced an unexpected career setback with a role in New York falling through. This became a pivotal moment, affording Liza the opportunity to reevaluate her future. It was then that she recognised her true passion lay in holistic health. This realisation prompted her to delve into health coaching and personal training. She supports the women working with Andrea Robertson with individualised strength and resistance programs and accountability, as well as Macro Nutrition Coaching & Support.
Since 2020, Liza has dedicated herself to coaching, fervently supporting women in conquering health issues and building strength to live a long healthy life.
Liza’s commitment to empowering others in their health journey is rooted in empathy and a genuine desire to make a lasting difference in their lives. Liza believes that everyone deserves to experience the vitality and joy that comes with optimal function, strength & health.
Liza holds a Cert III in personal training.
