Our Mission
Nourish, Heal & Rise was created to help women better understand their health through evidence-based, practical conversations.
Every week we explore topics that matter to women navigating midlife and beyond - from inflammation, hormones and metabolism through to movement, mental health, nutrition, sleep, pain, longevity and living well.
My hope is that every listener finishes an episode feeling more informed, more empowered and with practical strategies they can start using immediately.
By joining me on the podcast, you're helping women realise they're not alone - and that there are answers, solutions and reasons for hope.

Meet Your Host
Hi, I'm Dr Andrea Robertson.
I'm an Osteopath, Naturopath and Nutritionist with a passion for helping women understand the underlying drivers of their symptoms, not simply manage them.
After my own experiences with burnout, chronic inflammation and navigating the complexities of women's health, I became committed to helping women move beyond quick fixes and discover what truly creates lasting health.
Through my clinic, online programs, speaking, education and now this podcast, my goal is always the same:
To simplify the science and help women feel confident in understanding their own bodies.
What to Expect
Our conversation will be relaxed, natural and conversational.
This isn't about perfect answers or rehearsed responses.
Think of it as two people sitting down for an interesting conversation that just happens to be filmed and recorded.
Before we begin recording we'll spend a few minutes making sure your microphone, camera and internet connection are all working well.
If you lose your train of thought, want to start an answer again or need a moment to think, that's absolutely fine.
Podcast editing is wonderful!
We'll simply pause, take a breath and continue.
There is absolutely no expectation that you'll get everything perfect the first time.
