Belly fat, hormones, weight loss, insulin resistance

Belly fat is not a normal part of your 40's and 50's.

It's common, but it's not normal.

Many of my clients chat to me before starting my program thinking that belly fat was something they had to accept, and just put up with it once they hit their midlife.

It's because they see so many people around them putting on weight in their 40s and 50s.

They see their friends wearing loose tips, and flowing dresses to cover it all up.
They see it becoming the 'norm'.

It's not normal!

You don't have to accept belly fat as a normal part of ageing.

Here's the real truth.

➡️ Belly fat is often a sign of insulin resistance and/or imbalances in your hormonal system.

➡️ It's true that hormones change when you hit your 40s and beyond.

➡️ And it's true that your body is more susceptible to insulin resistance as you age.

However, you can do something about this.

➡️ If you lower inflammation, it will help.

➡️ If you balance blood sugars, it will help.

➡️ If you regulate hormones, it will help.

All of this will help reduce belly fat.

Many of the clients in my program start with a waist measurement over 89cm (35 inches). This is my cut off where we take serious action about preventing Type 2 Diabetes and reversing any insulin resistance that may be present.

It's a defining moment and big turning point in the health and weight loss journey for these clients of mine.

➡️ I have solutions for addressing and reversing insulin resistance.

➡️ I help my clients get their hormones in balance by looking at blood tests, prescribing specific supplements and making individually prescribed nutritional changes.

➡️ AND, I teach my clients how to lower inflammation in a structured and systematised way that is simple, and that works.

If you have a waist measurement over 89cm (or 35 inches), or are heading that way, TODAY is the day to do something about it.

Not tomorrow.

Not next week.

Definitely not next year when you see your doctor and they give you a diagnosis of autoimmune, or diabetes, or cancer, or high blood pressure, or want to put you on medication for cholesterol or reflux.

TODAY is the day.

Book a call and let's chat about how I can help you.
