Dr Andrea Robertson
Andrea is an Osteopath, Naturopath & Nutritionist, who has been in healthcare for over 26 years. She is also an ex-professional dancer, and a highly regarded Barre & Yoga teacher.
Andrea has been running world-wide online Nutrition/Mindset/Movement programs since 2021 and is on a big mission to make the world a healthier & happier place. Read about how to work with Andrea HERE.
At the retreat you will experience all facets of her wellness experience...from Yoga classes to mindset exercises, goal setting and cooking demonstrations.

Tara is the founder and owner of Club Balance, bringing together over a decade of professional performance experience and a lifelong passion for movement.
After spending 10 years as a professional dancer, including performing at the renowned Palazzo in Germany, Tara discovered Barre and Pilates as essential tools for strength, conditioning and rehabilitation following dance-related injuries.
As a certified Mat Pilates and Barre instructor, Tara is passionate about helping people move with confidence, build strength, improve mobility and discover what their bodies are truly capable of. Her classes are known for their positive energy, attention to technique and genuine sense of community.
