Other possible expenses to consider...
This piece is different for everyone, and you can start as cheaply as you like…. We go through all of this inside the program.
The cheapest option would be to deliver your program via email - so no extra cost involved at all. Part of our system is learning to enrol your clients via discovery calls like I have just done with you, so you need a way for people to book appointments with you. You can use your current clinical software, or just a google calendar, which is a bit more manual, but free.
Then from there, if you choose to do so, you can add other software to make things more automated.
This is what I personally currently use…
- Email hosting software: From $19 USD/month
- Appointment booking software - From approx. $49 AUD month (or Google Calendar is free)
- Course Hosting Software – which is as cheap as $119 USD month (or YouTube to host videos is free)
- I pay $200 for scheduling software for social media annually – but there are free versions. You just pay for more features.
- I pay $200 annually for lead tracking software, but you can do this in a google sheet, and I have a template for you inside the program – Google sheets are free.
- Design software – I pay about $200 annually, but you can use a free version
- Screen recording software – there is a free version, but I pay about $200 annually
- Video editing software – if you have a mac, it comes free with imovie, but you can pay for other software if you wish. I started with imovie then went onto more advanced software later on.
- Zoom – I pay for the paid version for my coaching calls, as the free version you can only run sessions 30 mins long. I pay about $200 a year for this.
